The badel block''s immediate surrounding where Pavla Šubića or Vlaškj meet, creates a complex matrix of urban programs which typically in places like Zagreb influence architectural decision making on a parcel by parcel basis. In the case of the current Badel Block proposition, urban programs apply pressures across an entire block.
