INTRODUCTION
The functional program adheres to the guiding concept of social sustainability.
The respect for individuals and their psychological well-being becomes the motive of development of the project live.
The respect for natural resources, wise use of land and materials, saving
energy goes to the ethical and social values of respect and attention to all “weak” social categories: disabled, elderly, children, young people. The design challenge is to translate these principles into spaces and ethical matters.
CONCEPT
The idea of project comes from the reading of the context, defined by a pattern of blocks, the evolution of our interprets what characterizes more Croatia as a natural element, as a function of its beneficial effect in psychophysical terms like the rocky shore ,characterized by green parties, slopes and the sea. Within the batch in the pedestrian area, people are within an artificial terrace, on which there are areas of aggregation, gardens and green, which exponentially increases the perception of the quality of life and belonging.
