Basic urban concept came out from the idea to form new public space of the town – market square, that will correspond with existing spaces of the green market and Kvaternik square. Square will become multifunctional public pedestrian space with purpose for different art, cultural, economy manifestations, as well for rest, entertainment of visitors. Disposition of square puts accent to reconstructed hall of previous factory Badel that with new built annex becomes contemporary art gallery – Badel Art Factory, analog to successful examples of industrial inheritance revitalization (Tate Modern, London, UK). Market square is formed between polygonal horizontal structure with green roof which separates public, commercial contents of ground floor, first floor from predicted residential, administrative, hotel contents on upper floors. Main motive of the complex in compositions functional sense is the tower, that is imagined as multifunctional hybrid (from one side commercial contents, administration, banks, and from the other side restaurants, appartements, hotels and town high perspective place).
