A Counter Vibrant Space:
A counter public space to the existing market place is created locating this new space on the south west corner of the site; making the area from Subiceva to Marticeva street as an active pedestrian active public area. The design is developed along an axis that begins from the south west corner of the site and extends towards the north east corner carrying retail, commercial and residential zone successively on it.
The design assumes a low height market place marking the vibrant, high activity zone, with high rise commercial towers lying between this space and the residential zone. Residential zone has its own large private courtyard which is also overlooked upon by the penthouses located above the commercial towers.
