City life is connected with rush, business, concrete, fast meetings, fast food, fast life, traffic... But too often, what we see around us is nothing but poor investments and annoying entrepreneurship bereft of sense for humanity and enjoyment of life.
We should give people chance to do all the little things that make life, and that are too often forgotten under the pressure of everyday rush.
The main focus of the project is on a new elevated level added to the ground layer of the square. It allows walks trough different facilities, and opens new perspectives, connecting or separating happenings on both levels.
