Opis
The city of Zagreb is the capital city of Croatia. It is the largest city of all the cities of Zagreb. Zagreb; which is also called the city of green gardens has hilly topography as well as an excellent geographic position at the junction of important roads between the Adriatic coast and Central Europe.
The internal structure of Zagreb is divided in to 17 districts
The district of Donji Grad in which the site of Badel Block is located initially was located in the periphery of the city but as the city grows it became the city center. Some heritage factory buildings are located in the Badel block that needs to be conserved and to have a positive use of the structure. In order to develop this site we have to give some conceptual models .
The conceptual plan would be done in four parts

2. constructing Concept
3. Design Guide lines
4. Design Outcomes
