Open Campus concept allows the use of public buildings for various purposes, together and individually.
Public buildings, hotels, convention center and sports center are different content but form a unified whole.
With existing buildings under the protection of which is converted into a cultural center.
With this purpose the organization receives the block attractive for domestic and foreign customers.
The new facility, set free on a site with all four free facades, are connected in three ways.
