The construction industry is one of the main drivers of the global economy. Wealthier part of society buys a residential area and thus receive a constant income from the renting. Things are set in the society so that the law allows the rich to increase their profits at the expense of a lower layer that are not able to afford housing. The living area is a social category that should be available to anyone with minimal space requirements. It''s unacceptable that this is a basic human right to deny the majority of citizens. It is completely illogical and a global presence. The fact is that the city sleeps at night and that everyone has a place to sleep, but many people do not own their beds. So in this project we propose a new concept in housing. It''s functionally comparable to the homes for the elderly. It works on the principle of sharing. Users get the minimum conditions for living-sleeping room with a utilitarian part (bathroom, locker ..). Other facilities operate on the principle of sharing space in a semi-public space- kitchen, living room, dining room. The house functions as a habitat where their contents are facing different age groups of users. People know their neighbors, do not live in isolated dwellings., share experiences, knowledge, ideas, information, take care of things in common. The dynamics of modern man and is not eligible to utilize the equipment in your home. This model offers maximum utilization of common and less expensive to invest in newer equipment. The model for a new generation of housing that needs to be better, smarter and relieved of existential problems.
